Industry Leaders to be Appointed to the Financial Advice New Zealand Establishment Board

Thursday 03 August 17

We are extremely pleased to announce that three highly experienced industry leaders will be appointed to the Establishment Board for Financial Advice New Zealand.

Calibre, credentials and breath of experience were critical considerations during the selection process. Strong leadership will be crucial in the establishment phase and Financial Advice New Zealand is in expert hands.

Sue Brown and Kate Morrison will be appointed as Independent Directors, and John Bolton will be appointed as the Lending Director. Sue, Kate and John will join Michael Dowling (Investment Director) and Bruce Cortesi (Risk Director) to form the Establishment Board.

The five Directors will form the Establishment Board Working Group and will then become the Establishment Board of Financial Advice New Zealand once the process of incorporation is complete.
